These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of newlightgames.com and the games and related services provided by New Light Games ("we", "us", "our") — together, the "Services". By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
New Light Games is an independent game studio operated by a sole founder based in Israel.
Our Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old, or that you are using them under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services and to play our games for your own non-commercial entertainment. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.

The Services, including all games, artwork, characters, audio, text, software, and the "New Light Games" name and logo, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any of these rights to you.
Our games may be distributed through third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store and Google Play, and may rely on third-party services (for example, analytics or, where applicable, advertising). Your use of those platforms and services is also subject to their own terms and policies, which are separate from these Terms.
If a game offers paid content or in-app purchases, those transactions are processed by the relevant app store, and their payment, billing, and refund policies apply. We do not separately store your payment-card details.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, New Light Games and its founder will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; when we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Israel.
